Building Understanding

This week, as we prepared for our first Primary Assembly this year, we spent a few minutes practising and singing the songs that we would be using. One of them was our National Anthem. We spent some time reading through and building an understanding of what the words mean. Words like rejoice, toil, girt, abounds, rare, advance, joyful strains and many others. Armed with some understanding, their voices rang louder with conviction about what they sang.

Congratulations to Connor for an excellent performance at the Swimming Carnival; and to Chase, Tahlia and Lilyana for their effort in Christian Discovery
